Export Roaming Details in Batches
This function allows you to export the roaming details to a file, save the file to the INC server, and download the file to your local host.
Operation Procedure
- Select the User tab, and then click Roaming Details in the navigation tree to enter the Roaming Details page.
- Use the query function to find the roaming details to be exported and then click Export to enter the file format setting page. Finish the format setting and click OK. The system will export the roaming details to a file, save the file to the INC server, and display the operation result page.
- On the operation result page, you can click the Download button to download the file to the local host.
Precautions
- In step 2, the file for saving the exported roaming details can be a text file or CSV file. If you select the format of text file, you need to specify the delimiter to be used, which can be blank space, Tab, comma (,), colon (:), number sign (#), or dollar sign ($). The comma-separated values (CSV) format is a text format that uses commas (,) to separate values. In Windows, a file in CSV format is opened by using Excel by default. Excel can automatically select the display format according to the contents. As a result, the contents displayed in Excel may be different from the actual contents. For example, Excel will display 123456789123456789 as 1.23457E+17 according to the scientific notation. In this case, you can configure Excel to display the contents as text, or use text editors (for example, Notepad) to open a file in CSV format.
- In step 2, the system automatically generates a name for the file and saves the file under directory <INC installation directory>/client/export/uam/roamdetail. The file name is suffixed with the export time for easy identification.
