User Profiles

A user profile contains the name and ID that uniquely identify a user.

A user profile can be associated with multiple access users. The system allows you to filter, add, edit, and delete user profiles.

Remarks

• An operator can manage only the user profiles in the associated access user groups.
• You can view and manage additional information about user profiles.
• To display user group hierarchies for a user profile, turn on the Display User Group Path option in the system parameters.
• Disabling an access user also disables the associated user profile that does not contain any other access users.
• A disabled user profile can only be viewed or deleted, and cannot be edited.
• You cannot delete a user profile that has been associated with access users.
