Add or Edit User Profile
Perform this task to add or edit a user profile. You can configure basic information and additional information for the user profile.
Procedure
1.Click the User tab.
2.From the navigation pane, select Access User > All Access Users.
3.Click User Profiles in the upper right corner.
4.Add or edit a user profile.
- To add a user profile, click Add. On the page that opens, configure basic information and addition information for the user profile.
- To edit a user profile, click the Edit icon
in the Actions column for that user profile, and then edit the user profile information.
5.Click OK.
Remarks
- An operator on the lower-level node does not have the permissions to add or edit a user profile.
- Duplicate user profiles are not allowed in the system.
- Editing information about a user profile also changes basic information for the associated access users.
- Editing the user group setting for a user profile also changes the user group for the associated access users.
- You cannot change the user group for a user profile if the number of access users in the new user group has reached the limit set by the User Limit per User Group parameter in system parameters.
