An desktop asset report allows a network administrator to view and analyze the statistics related to assets. It falls into the following types:
This report displays the hard disk capability of all registered assets. The report legend is grouped according to the hard disk capability, which falls into six levels: <80 GB, [80 GB to 160 GB), [160 GB to 250 GB), [250 GB to 500 GB), [500 GB to 1024 GB), and >=1024 GB. This report only displays the current information of the hard disk. It does not display the hard disk history information.
This report also allows you to read detailed information. Clicking on the sector of a hard disk capability level, you can view the detailed information of the assets whose hard disk capability is within this level.

Asset group: Select the asset group to view its asset and subgroup asset statistics. Note that you can only view the asset statistics of the groups and subgroups that you have rights to.
This report displays the operating system of all registered assets according to the language types of the operating system, including Chinese (Simplified), English, and Others.
This report also allows you to read detailed information. Clicking on the sector of an operating system language, you can view the detailed information of the assets whose operating system is in this language.

This report collects information about the operating system versions of all registered assets and displays only the top five versions.
This report also allows you to read detailed information. Clicking on the sector of an operating system version, you can view the detailed information of the assets whose operating system is of this version.

This report displays statistics of all registered assets according to the asset types, which include desktop computer, workstation, laptop, server and others. The asset type statistics are about registered assets only. Information about the unregistered assets will not be collected.
This report also allows you to read detailed information. Clicking on the sector of an asset type, you can view the detailed information of the assets of this type.

With CPU frequency as the query condition, this report displays statistics of all registered assets matching the query condition. The statistics include: CPU name, frequency, serial number, asset, and asset owner.
Parameters
Minimun Frequency(MHz): Set the minimum value of the CPU frequency.
Maximum Frequency(MHz): Set the maximum value (exclusive) of the CPU frequency.
Asset group: Select the asset group to view its asset and subgroup asset statistics. Note that you can only view the asset statistics of the groups and subgroups that you have rights to.
This report displays the number of assets that have the software installed. You can query installation information of the software in only managed asset groups.

This report displays the assets whose offline period is greater than or equal to the specified idle period and the specific number of offline days of the assets. Idle period = Current time - Last offline time. If the asset has never been connected to the network, last offline time is the time when the asset was added to DAM.
Parameters
Min. Idle Time (days): Set the minimum period that the assets are idle. The assets whose idle period is no less than the specified value are collected for statistics.
This report displays the number of newly added assets, total number of assets, newly added memory, total memory, newly added hard disk capability, and total hard disk capability in each asset group every month.The report does not contain data of the current month and later. The managed time range is used for statistics.
Parameters
Start month and end month: Set the start month and end month for the asset statistics. Generally, the statistics from the start month to the end month are included. However, the statistics of the current month are excluded if the current month is specified in the query range.
This report displays statistics on illegal peripheral uses in a pie chart. Peripherals are grouped into nine types, including DVD/CD-ROM, FloppyDisk, COM/LPT, 1394, Bluetooth, Modem, USB, PCMCIA and infrared.
This report also allows you to read detailed information. Clicking on the sector of a peripheral type, you can view the detailed information of the assets that have used a peripheral of this type.

Query start time and end time: Set the start and end time for querying the asset statistics. The statistics in the query time range will be displayed.
Asset group: Select the asset group to view its asset and subgroup asset statistics. Note that you can only view the asset statistics of the groups and subgroups that you have rights to.
This report allows you to query all assets on which a specified software product is installed. You can query assets only in the asset groups to which you have the operation privileges.
Parameters
Software Name/Version: Enter the name and version of the software product. You can enter wildcard characters asterisk (*) or question mark (?) for fuzzy matching. If no wildcard character is specified, you perform an exact match. The report displays all assets on which the software product is installed.
This report allows you to query all software products that are installed on the specified asset in an asset group to which you have the operation privileges.
Parameters
Asset Number: Enter a complete asset number. The report displays all software products that are installed on the specified asset.
Asset Startup Time Rankings Report displays the top N assets with the longest startup time in the duration specified by the Startup Time Validity parameter. To set the Startup Time Validity, go to Desktop Asset Manager > Service Parameters > System Settings.
Parameters
Asset Count: Total number of assets in the rankings.
