Quick start provides links to the DAM functions.
Allows you to group assets for flexible management by group.
Allows you to manage desktop assets, such as, query assets (basic query and advanced query); add, modify, delete, scan, and batch import assets; move assets between groups; view asset details, change histories, USB alarms, and software deploy tasks.
Allows you to quickly query hardware changes. There are two kinds of queries, basic query and advanced query, depending on the complexity of the query conditions you specify. You can query only the hardware changes of the assets that you have the right to manage.
Allows you to quickly query software changes. There are two kinds of queries, basic query and advanced query, depending on the complexity of the query conditions you specify. You can query only the software changes of the assets that you have the right to manage.
Represents a set of asset management policies, such as the policy for managing the USB peripherals. You can specify a scheme for an asset or the assets in one asset group.
This function helps you manage peripheral management policies, energy saving policies, and monitoring alarm policies.
This function helps you manage desktop control audit and comprises USB file transfer, printer use, peripheral use and asset files check.
Includes these statistic criteria: type, CPU, hard disks, operating systems, and software. Using this function, you can make statistics on the types of the assets in an individual or all groups and display the statistic result in a pie chart or list.
Allows you to deploy and install software to an asset or all assets in an asset group. You can install software in three types: Quiet Installation, Interactive Installation, and Portable Software. The Quiet Installation type automatically pops up the installation window after software is downloaded. The Interactive Installation type requires that you manually execute the installation file after software is downloaded. The Portable Software type allows you to use the software without installing it.
Allows you to configure the server that you use in software deployment.
Provides service-related configurations. The system runs based on the settings, for example, whether to perform USB monitoring.
Allows you to configure the export task parameters.
The asset reports describe the meaning and functions of asset related reports.
