Details
To view the details of an asset file check record, on the Asset File Check List click the Details link for the record. The detailed information includes:
- Asset Number: Uniquely identifies an asset.
- Asset Name: Name of the computer.
- Asset Owner: The person who is responsible for the asset.
- Asset User: The user who is using the asset.
- Check Time: Time when the files are checked.
- Report Time: Time when the server receives the check result reported by the iNode client.
- Status: The status of the file check on the asset. The status can be reported or not reported.
- Check Files In: Specify the absolute file path of the file to be checked. The file path includes the directory and all subdirectories, must end with a backslash (\).
- File Name Includes: Specify the name of the file to be checked. The file name can contain the wildcard characters asterisk (*) and question mark (?). An asterisk matches zero or more characters. A question mark matches any character except the dot (.), and matches zero characters or one character if it is placed in front of the dot, or one character if it is placed after the dot.
- Description: Description for the asset file check task.
- File List: Matching files reported by the iNode client. Up to 1000 files can be reported and listed per task.
Precautions
- The Re-Audit button appears on the audit result page when:
(1) The audit result is not reported.
(2) The last audit is performed no less than 15 minutes ago.
To start a new audit, click Re-Audit.
