Deploy Policy

Policies can be deployed automatically and manually. Automatic policy deployment needs to use the periodic deployment function to set the time at which policy deployment will be executed everyday. The following is the configuration procedure of manual policy deployment.

Operation Procedure

1. Select the User tab, and then select User Security Policy > Hierarchical Node Management from navigation tree to enter the hierarchical node management page.
2. Click the icon of a child node, and the policy will be deployed immediately.

Precautions

• Automatic policy deployment needs to use the Periodic Deployment function to set the time at which policy deployment will be executed everyday.
• Manual policy deployment will check the deployment time of the last successful deployment and the update time of the policy. Only when the policy update time is later than that of the last successful deployment, will the node deploy the policy.
• You can perform manual policy deployment at any time.
