- Select the check boxes next to the alarms you want to distribute, and click Distribute to distribute them to the specified processor of ITSM, which then creates an alarm handling process to follow up the processing of the alarms.

- You can view alarms of devices to which you have management access. You can recover/delete alarms of devices to which you have write access.
- When you query alarms by alarm level and select an alarm level, alarms of the selected alarm level are queried.
- In the hierarchical alarms management, if an operator acknowledges or recovers alarms through the RESTful Web service, the prefix of [REST]_ or the suffix of @IMCRS will be added to the operator name.
- The Hierarchical Alarms page includes data of a lower-level NMS when the following conditions are met:
- The lower-level NMS is added to Lower-Level NMS View of the current system.
- The lower-level NMS has obtained the license for the RESTful Web service.
- In the hierarchical System alarm management module, operators who log in to a lower-level System must have the administrative privileges when acknowledging, recovering, and deleting alarms of the lower-level System.
