Duplicate Trap Filter

After this function is enabled, the system filters the duplicated traps received. When the configured threshold is reached, the system generates a new alarm.

Operation Procedure

1. Click the Alarm tab, and then select Filtering Trap in the navigation tree. The Filtering Trap page appears.
2. The filtering rule list provides the following operations:
   • Add, delete, and modify a custom trap filtering rule.
   • Click the Modify icon for a filtering rule to display the Duplicate Trap Filter Configuration page.

Precautions

• The Unfiltered Duplicate Traps you set in Duplicate Trap Filter Configuration are always reported, no matter whether or not duplicate trap filter is enabled.
