Set Mail Notification
This function enables you to notify the absent maintenance personnel of any alarms by sending messages to one's mailbox.

Operation Procedure
- Click the Alarm tab, and then select Alarm Notification in the navigation tree. The Alarm Notification page appears.
- The Mail Notification list provides the following operations:
- Click Add to enter the Add Mail Notification Configuration page.
- Click the Configure Mail Server link to enter the Mail Server Settings page.
- Click a rule name to view the details of the mail notification configuration.
- Click the status link to change the status (enabled/disabled) of the mail notification.
- Click the Modify icon
to enter the Modify Mail Notification Configuration page.
- Click the Delete icon
to delete the mail notification configuration.
- Click the Copy icon
for a mail notification rule to access the page for copying the mail notification rule. The default parameter values of the new rule are the same as the parameter values of the original rule. Modify the parameter values as needed.
- Click Refresh to refresh the Mail Notification list.
Precautions
- To add a mail notification configuration, make sure that the mail server is configured properly.
- In a network scenario with multiple NICs, enable the public IP feature in the Configure Mail Content Format dialog box and specify the system IP address as the public IP address.
