Add Device Severity

This function enables you to add and modify severity levels for devices.

Operation Procedure

1. Click the Alarm tab, and select Trap Management > Trap Definition from the navigation tree.
2. On the list, select the Device Information of a trap.
3. Click Add or click the Modify icon for a severity to enter the page for adding/modifying the severity.
4. In the basic information area, specify the required options.
5. Click OK.

Precautions

• You can select multiple devices at a time.
• When you configure parameters, the value of a parameter can be null.
• The parameter value supports the asterisk (*) wildcard character, which matches zero or more characters. An empty field matches any parameter values. You cannot enter only one asterisk.
