Batch Delete Users

This function helps you delete users in bulk.

Operation Procedure

1. Click the User tab, and then in the User Management navigation tree click Batch User Operations to enter the Batch User Operations page.
2. Select Batch Delete Users.
3. Click Next to enter the user query page.
4. Enter the query criteria.
5. Click Query to list all users matching the criteria. Click Clear Results to clear the results for another query.
6. The query results are displayed in a user list. Select the users you want to delete and click OK.
7. The result of batch deletion is displayed.

Precautions

• Only the selected users, not all users in the query results list, are deleted.
• The operator can query only the users that he/she has the right to manage.
• For the specific rules of user query, see How does the query function of the platform matches strings.
• If you do not specify any criteria, advanced query lists all users.
• All the custom additional information can be used as additional information query criteria.
