User in this system refers to the network user that is managed, authenticated and accounted by the system, and the user authorized to access self services. It is an abstract concept, referring to a kind of terminal resource. For easy management of self-service and service component-related terminal resources, the system provides functions to flexibly add, modify, view and delete user information.
