Basic User Information Management

User information includes basic information, additional information, self-service account information and service information. The platform maintains the basic and additional information and the self-service account information. Various components maintain their respective service information.

Precautions

• There can be duplicate user names, but the combination of user name and identity number must be unique, which uniquely identifies a user.
• If the additional information definition of a user is deleted by another client while you are adding/modifying the user information, your additional information settings are not saved without any error message.
• If related components (such as EUPLAT and SOM) are not installed, some attributes of an account group such as the operation options and user list are hidden.
• When adding or modifying user information, if you enter a parameter value in incorrect format and then click OK, the system will display the identity number in encrypted form but can still save it correctly.
