Import Fit AP Templates

Perform this task to import previous backups of fit AP templates to the AC.

Procedure

1. Click the Service tab.
2. From the navigation tree, select WLAN Manage > Resource Management > ACs to open the AC List page.
3. Click an AC name to open the Device Details page.
4. Click View All to open the Fit AP Information List page.
5. Click Import to open the Import AP Template page.
6. Select the .csv files to be imported, and then click Next to open the Imported AP Template Information page.
7. Select the fit AP templates to be imported, and then click OK.

Remarks

• Only .csv files can be imported.The file must be encoded in ANSI.
• Serial numbers are used as keywords for importing. When a serial number to be imported is already used by an AP, WSM updates information for the AP. If a serial number to be imported is not used by any AP, WSM adds the serial number.
• The template name of an AP, which is online through AUTO ap template, can be changed only once.
