RF Management

Use RF management to calculate and create the RF coverage map based on radio type, transmission rate, and signal attenuation by concrete walls, glass windows, doors, and other surrounding obstacles. APs can be sorted by signal strength, access rate, or channel.

Procedure

1. Create a location view and add APs to the view.
2. Open the view topology of the location view, add the background, and then place APs on the topology according to their physical locations.
3. Set the background scale.
4. Add obstacles to the background according to their physical locations.
5. Display signal coverage ranges.
