Permit Rogue Client

Perform this task to add the MAC address of a rogue client to the permitted MAC list, so that the client will not be recognized as a rogue client.

Procedure

To add rogue clients one by one
1. Click the Service tab.
2. From the WLAN Manager navigation tree, select WIDS Management > Rogue Clients to open the Rogue Client List page.
3. Click the Operation icon for the target client, and then select Add to Permit List.
4. Click OK.
To add rogue clients in batches
1. Click the Service tab.
2. From the WLAN Manager navigation tree, select WIDS Management > Rogue Clients to open the Rogue Client List page.
3. Select the target rogue clients, and then click Add to Permit List.
4. In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click OK.

When you add rogue clients one by one, the Add to Permit List option is not available if a rogue client is already in the attack list.
This function is supported only by Comware-based devices.
