View Unassociated Clients

Perform this task to view details about unassociated clients, including MAC address, time when they were detected for the first time, time when they were located for the most recent time, and detecting AP.

Unassociated clients are clients not connected to a WLAN, but can be located by WSM.

Procedure

1. Click the Service tab.
2. From the navigation tree, select WLAN Manager > Resource Management > Clients to open the Client List page.
3. Click Unassociated Client to open the unassociated client list page.
