Query Unassociated Clients

Perform this task to query unassociated clients. You can choose Basic Query or Advanced Query.

Procedure

1. Click the Service tab.
2. From the navigation tree, select WLAN Manager > Resource Management > Clients to open the Client List page.
3. Click Unassociated Client to open the unassociated client list page.

• Basic Query
1. Enter the MAC address of the unassociated client in the query field on the top right corner.
2. Click the Query icon.
3. To reset the query criteria, clear the query field first and click the Query icon .
• Advanced Query
1. Click the Expand iconon the right of the query field.
2. Specify the query criteria.
3. Click Query.
4. To reset the query criteria, click Reset.
