Troubleshooting Parameters Configuration

Use troubleshooting parameters configuration to configure troubleshooting-related parameters before troubleshooting a client.


Procedure

  1. Enter the Troubleshooting Parameters Configuration page.
  2. Select a time mode.
  3. Set the IP address of the web site or server. WSM diagnoses the links of the network where the client is located and provides NQA information.
  4. Click Start TroubleShooting.
