Troubleshooting
Use troubleshooting to diagnose the client access process and link quality and analyze the interference devices in the WLAN.
Complete the following tasks before troubleshooting:
- Import an AC into INC.
- Enable the troubleshooting function on the AC configuration page.
- Deploy the alarm module and Syslog management module of the INC platform. Configure commands on the AC to enable the AC to automatically send syslog and traps to INC. For example, the commands for Comware-based devices are info-center loghost 192.168.1.221 and snmp-agent target-host trap address udp-domain 192.168.1.221, where 192.168.1.221 is the IP address of the INC master server. For more information about commands for other devices, see the device manual.
