Set/Cancel Typical
This function allows you to set a trouble ticket as a typical one, or restore a typical trouble ticket to a non-typical one.
Configuration Procedure
- Set to Typical
- Click the User tab on the top navigation bar, and select Access User > Trouble Report > Trouble Ticket in the navigation tree.
- Click the
icon of a trouble ticket to enter the trouble ticket details page.
- Click the Set to Typical button.
- Cancel Typical
- Click the User tab on the top navigation bar, and select Access User > Trouble Report > Trouble Ticket in the navigation tree.
- Click the
icon of a trouble ticket to enter the trouble ticket details page.
- Click the Cancel Typical button.
Precautions
- The Set to Typical and Cancel Typical functions are unavailable to trouble tickets in Not Handled status.
