Add Trouble Ticket to FAQ

This function allows you to add a trouble ticket to FAQ.

Configuration Procedure

  1. Click the User tab on the top navigation bar, and select Access User > Trouble Report > Trouble Ticket in the navigation tree.
  2. Click the Details icon of a trouble ticket to enter the trouble ticket details page.
  3. Click the Add to FAQ button.
