Trouble Ticket
When users encounter network problems, they can submit trouble reports through the self-service center. Authorized operators can manage trouble tickets centrally through the UAM Manager. More specifically, they can:
- View trouble tickets
- Handle trouble tickets
- Delete outdated trouble tickets
- Set trouble tickets as typical cases
- Add trouble tickets to FAQ
- Print trouble tickets
Precautions
- Authorized operators can modify trouble ticket related parameters Ticket Quantity Limit per Account per Day and Trouble Ticket Hold Time, on the System Parameters Configuration page.
- Common operators can only view the trouble tickets submitted by access users under their management.
- Administrators can view all trouble tickets, including those submitted by access users who are already removed from the system.
