Basic Query
Basic query allows you to query trouble tickets by trouble ticket ID, account name, status, and typical/non-typical case.
Configuration Procedure
- Click the User tab on the top navigation bar, and select Access User > Trouble Report > Trouble Ticket in the navigation tree.
- Set the query conditions, such as the trouble ticket ID, account name, status, typical case or not.
- Click Query to show the matched trouble tickets. To restore the default query conditions and display all trouble tickets, click Reset.
Precautions
- Trouble ticket ID and account name support fuzzy match.
