Basic Query

Basic query allows you to query trouble tickets by trouble ticket ID, account name, status, and typical/non-typical case.

Configuration Procedure

  1. Click the User tab on the top navigation bar, and select Access User > Trouble Report > Trouble Ticket in the navigation tree.
  2. Set the query conditions, such as the trouble ticket ID, account name, status, typical case or not.
  3. Click Query to show the matched trouble tickets. To restore the default query conditions and display all trouble tickets, click Reset.
