Advanced Query

Advanced query provides you more query conditions, helping you query trouble tickets more precisely.

Configuration Procedure

  1. Click the User tab on the top navigation bar, and select Access User > Trouble Report > Trouble Ticket in the navigation tree. Click the Advanced Query link.
  2. Set query conditions, such as the trouble ticket ID, account name, status, typical case or not, user name, contact phone number, contact address, and trouble report time.
  3. Click Query to show the matched trouble tickets. To restore the default query conditions and display all trouble tickets, click Reset.
