Advanced Query
Advanced query provides you more query conditions, helping you query trouble tickets more precisely.
Configuration Procedure
- Click the User tab on the top navigation bar, and select Access User > Trouble Report > Trouble Ticket in the navigation tree. Click the Advanced Query link.
- Set query conditions, such as the trouble ticket ID, account name, status, typical case or not, user name, contact phone number, contact address, and trouble report time.
- Click Query to show the matched trouble tickets. To restore the default query conditions and display all trouble tickets, click Reset.
Precautions
- These fields support fuzzy match: trouble ticket ID, user name, contact phone number, contact address, summary, trouble description, operator, and handling result .
