Basic Query

Perform this task to query authentication failure reasons by error code and error message.

Procedure

  1. Click the User tab.
  2. From the navigation tree, select User Access Log > Authentication Failure Log.
  3. Click Customize Authentication Failure Reason.
  4. Specify one or more of the following query criteria: Error Code and Error Message . The Error Message field supports fuzzy matching.
  5. Click Query to display all authentication failure reasons that match the query criteria.
  6. To clear query criteria and display all authentication failure reasons, click Reset.
