Customize Authentication Failure Reason

Perform this task to customize the authentication failure information for an error code. Each error code contains an error message, a prompt message for the client, and a solution.

Procedure

  1. Click the User tab.
  2. From the navigation tree, select User Access Log > Authentication Failure Log.
  3. Click Customize Authentication Failure Reason.
  4. Click       for an error code, and then modify the error message and the solution.
  5. Click       to save the customization.
  6. To cancel the customization, click the       icon.
  7. In the record column,Click Enable|Disable button, On/off does not display specific authentication failure logs. The page displays "Enable" to record authentication failure logs, and "Disable" to not record authentication failure logs.
