Change Type
This function allows you to change the account type between prepaid and ordinary.
Operation Procedure
- Select the User tab, and then select Access User > Charging and Billing from the navigation tree.
- Enter the changing account type page.
Method 1: Click the
icon in the Change Type column of an account.
Method 2: Click an account link to enter the access account details page. Then under Account Actions at the right side, click the Change Type link.
- Click OK.
Precautions
- An ordinary account in arrears cannot be change to a prepaid account.
- When you change the type of an account, the system will bill for all services of the account, and the user must pay off. If the account is currently an ordinary account and has no enough money to pay off the bill, it cannot be changed to a prepaid account.
