Display Export History
This function displays the export history of asset information, USB file transfers, printer uses, and peripheral uses.
Operation Procedure
- Display asset export history:
- Click the User tab on the top navigation bar and select Desktop Asset Manager > All Assets in the navigation tree.
- Click the Export History link on the upper right corner of the asset list to enter the page showing the export history of asset information.
- If an export process is ongoing, the page shows an Export Progress link, which you can click to view the detailed export progress.
- Click the Download link of an entry in the asset export history list to download the export file.
- Display the USB file transfer export history:
- Click the User tab on the top navigation bar and select Desktop Asset Manager > Desktop Control Audit > USB File Transfer in the navigation tree.
- Click the Export History link on the upper right corner of the USB file transfer list to enter the page showing the export history of USB file transfers.
- If an export process is ongoing, the page shows an Export Progress link, which you can click to view the detailed export progress.
- Click the Download link of an entry in the USB file transfer export history list to download the export file.
- Display the printer use export history:
- Click the User tab on the top navigation bar and select Desktop Asset Manager > Desktop Control Audit > Printer Use in the navigation tree.
- Click the Export History link on the upper right corner of the printer use list to enter the page showing the export history of printer uses.
- If an export process is ongoing, the page shows an Export Progress link, which you can click to view the detailed export progress.
- Click the Download link of an entry in the printer use export history list to download the export file.
- Display the peripheral use export history:
- Click the User tab on the top navigation bar and select Desktop Asset Manager > Desktop Control Audit > Peripheral Use in the navigation tree.
- Click the Export History link on the upper right corner of the peripheral use list to enter the page showing the export history of peripheral uses.
- If an export process is ongoing, the page shows an Export Progress link, which you can click to view the detailed export progress.
- Click the Download link of an entry in the peripheral use export history list to download the export file.
Precautions
- A maintainer can view the history of export operations performed by himself or herself. An administrator can view the history of all export operations.
- The progress of an ongoing export can only be viewed by the operator that performs the export operation.
