Basic Query

This function helps query asset(s) by asset number, asset name, owner and group name.

Operation Procedure

1. Select the User tab, and in the navigation tree of Desktop Asset Manager, click All Assets to enter the Asset List page.
2. Specify the query conditions, such as asset number, asset name, owner and group name.
3. Click Query to display the desired assets. To restore the default query condition, click Reset.

Precautions

• If you do not want to set a field as a query condition, leave it blank.
• Leaving all fields blank returns all assets.
