Advanced Query

This function allows you to narrow down the search scope to particular asset hardware changes.

Operation Procedure

Select the User tab, and in the navigation tree of Desktop Asset Manager, click Asset Hardware Change. Then, on the new page, click Advanced Query.
You can query for an asset hardware change by its asset number, asset name, owner, group name, change type, change contents, and changed on.
Click Query to display the desired hardware asset changes. To restore the default query condition, click Reset.

Asset Number: Uniquely identifies an asset.
Asset Name: Name of the computer.
Owner: Name of the user who is responsible for the asset.
Group Name: Name of the group to which the asset belongs.
Change type: Types of operations that cause hardware changes. The operations include Common Update, Reinstall OS, and Other Update.
Changed Contents: Contents of the hardware changes.
Changed on: Time range when the hardware was changed.
