Advanced Query
This function allows you to narrow down the search scope to particular asset hardware changes.
Operation Procedure
- Select the User tab, and in the navigation tree of Desktop Asset Manager, click Asset Hardware Change. Then, on the new page, click Advanced Query.
- You can query for an asset hardware change by its asset number, asset name, owner, group name, change type, change contents, and changed on.
- Click Query to display the desired hardware asset changes. To restore the default query condition, click Reset.
Parameters
- Asset Number: Uniquely identifies an asset.
- Asset Name: Name of the computer.
- Owner: Name of the user who is responsible for the asset.
- Group Name: Name of the group to which the asset belongs.
- Change type: Types of operations that cause hardware changes. The operations include Common Update, Reinstall OS, and Other Update.
- Changed Contents: Contents of the hardware changes.
- Changed on: Time range when the hardware was changed.
Precautions
- If you do not want to set a field as a query condition, leave it blank.
