Advanced Query

This function allows you to narrow down the search scope to particular asset software changes.

Operation Procedure

Select the User tab, and in the navigation tree of Desktop Asset Manager, click Asset Software Change. Then, on the new page, click Advanced Query.
You can query for an asset software change by its asset number, asset name, owner, software name, change type, group name, and changed on.
Click Query to display the desired asset software changes. To restore the default query condition, click Reset.

Asset Number: Uniquely identifies an asset.
Asset Name: Name of the computer.
Owner: Name of the user who is responsible for the asset.
Software Name: Name of the software that has changed.
Change type: Types of operations that cause software changes. The operations include Common Update, Reinstall OS, and Other Update.
Group Name: Name of the group to which the asset belongs.
Changed on: Time range when the software was changed.
