USB File Transfer
This function helps record logs about file operations through USB ports of the assets. You can query for USB monitoring information through basic query or advanced query.
- Basic query: Allows you to query USB file transfer logs by asset name, asset number and USB work time (server).
- Advanced query: Allows you to query USB alarms by asset name, asset number, asset owner, USB work time (server), file name, and file size.
A USB file transfer log function provides the following information:
- Asset Number: Uniquely identifies an asset in the system.
- Asset Name: Name of computer that associates with the printer.
- Owner: Owner of the asset.
- Logic Disk Drive: The drive letter displayed when the USB storage device is inserted.
- USB Plugged (Server): Displays the time when the server records the USB plug event reported from the client.
- USB Unplugged (Server): Displays the time when the server records the USB unplug event reported from the client.
- USB Plugged (Client): Displays the time when the client detects that the USB device is plugged.
- USB Unplugged (Client): Displays the time when the client detects that the USB device is unplugged.
- Number of Copied Files: The number of valid files copied to the USB device or modified in the USB device. A file is valid if its size is greater than zero bytes.
- Size of Copied Files (Byte): Size of the files copied through a USB port.
- File name: Name of the file copied through a USB port (provide the absolute path of the file).
- Operation Time (Client): Displays the time when a file is operated.
- Operation Time (Server): Displays the time when the server records the file operation reported from the client.
