Basic Query

This function helps query asset(s) by asset number, asset number and USB work time (server).

Operation Procedure

1. Select the User tab, and in the navigation tree of Desktop Asset Manager, select Desktop Control Audit > USB File Transfer.
2. On the new page, specify the query conditions, such as asset name, asset number and USB work time (server).
3. Click Query to display the desired USB monitoring information. To query by default query conditions, click Reset.

Parameters

• Asset Name: Specifies the name of an asset.
• Asset Number: Uniquely specifies an asset.
• USB Plugged Time (Server) From/To: Specifies on the server the time range in which a USB device is inserted to the asset.
