Import Rule

Perform this task to import existing rules to a compliance policy.

Operation Procedure

1. Select the Service tab, click the Compliance Center in the navigation tree to enter the Compliance Policy page.
2. Click Add or click the Modify icon for a compliance policy in the policy list.
3. Click Import Rule.
4. Click the name of a compliance policy to expand the rules it contains.
5. Import rules as needed.
6. Confirm the rules and click OK.

Precautions

• If a rule of the component extension type is imported, the check type of the rule changes to the Jython script type.
• The system adds the string (1) to the rule name if the rule to be imported has the same name with an existing rule. For example, when the rule named "ruleName" already exists and another rule named the same is to be imported, the new rule is renamed "ruleName(1)". If a rule named "ruleName(1)" also exists, the new rule is renamed "ruleName(1)(1)", and so on.
