Select Devices and Software

The first step for file upload is to select the software and device.

Operation Procedure

1. Locate the file upload link
• Method I: Select the Service tab and select Deployment Guide from the navigation tree, and then click the Upload link.
• Method II: Select the Service tab and select Configuration Center from the navigation tree. Select devices and then click Deploy File.
2. Click Select to select a software from the software library.
3. Click Select Device, and then select one or more device from the pop-up device list page.
4. Specify the directory to save the file on the device.
5. Click Next.

Precautions

• The directory cannot be specified for devices having communication failures with the system, and the upload operation cannot be implemented on them, either.
• The file uploaded to the device will overwrite the one with the same file name (if any).
