Alarm List
The alarm list displays the information about the alarm source (the IP address and name of the device generating the alarm), description, alarm level, recovery status, acknowledgment status, and alarm time.
Parameters
- Alarm Source: The device name and device IP in grey indicate that the alarm is generated by The System server or the unmanaged device.
- Recovery Status: This field displays Unrecovered if the alarm is unrecovered. This field displays $SYSTEM if the alarm is recovered by the system. This field displays an operator name if the alarm is recovered by that operator.
- Acknowledgment Status: This field displays Unacknowledged if the alarm is not acknowledged. The field displays an operator name if the alarm is acknowledged by that operator.
- Click the titles of the alarm list, and the alarm information is sorted.
- Showing Items per Page: Each page displays up to 15 items of alarms by default.
- The information in the alarm list does not refresh automatically. You need to click Query to view the latest alarm information.
Operation Procedure
- Click Recover to recover the selected alarms.
- Click Undo Recover to undo recover the selected alarms.
- Click Acknowledge to acknowledge the selected alarms.
- Click Unacknowledge to unacknowledge the selected alarms.
- Click Delete to delete the selected alarms.
- Select a number in the Showing Items per Page, which is the maximum number of alarms displayed on the page.
- Click a link in the Alarm Source column to display the device details.
- Click a link in the Description column to display the alarm details.
- Click a link in the Acknowledgment Status column to change the alarm acknowledgment status.
Parameters
- Showing Items per Page 8: Each page displays up to 8 alarms.
- Showing Items per Page 15: Each page displays up to 15 alarms.
- Showing Items per Page 50: Each page displays up to 50 alarms.
- Showing Items per Page 100: Each page displays up to 100 alarms.
- Showing Items per Page 200: Each page displays up to 200 alarms.
