Root Alarm Display

Perform this task to display the alarms that are affected by an alarm, mainly including the child alarms and sibling alarms.

Procedure

1. 1. Click the Root Alarm tab to show the current root alarm and the alarms affected by the root alarm. Information about the affected alarms and the hierarchical relationship between affected alarms are displayed in a tree.
2. 2. Click the Relationship Graph tab to highlight the CI nodes corresponding to the current alarm and affected alarms and CI relationship in the CMDB relationship graph.

Precautions

• The alarm relationship graph can be displayed only after the CMDB component is installed.
