Traffic Topology
The traffic topology displays bandwidth usage and traffic load of network links based on the physical network topology.
Operation Procedure
- Click the Resource tab.
- Select View Management > Network Topology from the navigation tree.
- Double-click Custom Topology in the topology navigation tree.
- Click the
icon on the toolbar above the topology to set traffic monitoring parameters.
Functions
- Specify the traffic topology index: Click the
icon on the toolbar above the topology, and select the performance indexes to be displayed from the Index submenu.
- Specify the link type for the traffic topology: Click the
icon on the toolbar above the topology, and select the monitored link type from the Monitored Link submenu. According to your configuration, the traffic topology can display all types of links, core links (links between network devices), links to servers, and links to PCs.
- Configure the link display mode of the traffic topology: Click the
icon on the toolbar above the topology, and select the display mode of the traffic topology from the Display submenu. The links on the traffic topology can display the numeric labels and link loads.
Precautions
- The traffic topology uses the global index settings.
