Advanced Query
This function allows you to narrow down the query scope to particular users by user name, identity number, contact address, telephone, email, user group, self-service account state, self-service account name, or any additional information. All the custom additional information can be used as additional information query criteria.
Operation Procedure
- Click the User tab, and then in the navigation tree click any user group to enter the User List page.
- Click the Advanced Query link.
- The Advanced Query page provides the following operations:
a. Type the user name.
b. Type the identity number.
c. Type the contact address.
d. Type the telephone.
e. Type the email.
f. Select the user group you want to query.
g. Specify the self-service account state.
h. Type the self-service account name.
i. Type additional information.
- Enter the query criteria and click Query. All the users matching your query criteria are displayed in the user list.
- Click Reset to restore the defaults.
Precautions
- The user name, identity number, contact address, telephone, email, user group, self-service account name and additional information support fuzzy match.
- Advanced query supports asterisks (*) and question marks (?) as wildcards. The asterisk represents any collection of characters, and the question mark represents one single character.
- If you do not specify any criteria, advanced query lists all users.
- The operator can query only the users that he/she has the right to manage.
- If a user does not have custom additional information, additional information is not displayed in query criteria settings.
