Manage Bound Radios

Perform this task to view all radios bound to an MP policy on an AC or fat AP, and unbind radios from the MP policy as needed.

Procedure

1. Click the Service tab.
2. From the WLAN Manager navigation tree, select Resource Management > ACs or Resource Management > Fat APs to open the device list page.
3. Click a device label to open the Device Details page.
4. In the Other Service Links area, click MP Policy Management to open the MP Policy List page.
5. Click the Operation icon for the target MP policy, and then select Bound Radios from the shortcut menu to display all radios bound to the MP policy.
6. To unbind radios from the MP policy, select radios, and then click Unbind.

Remarks

• By default, a radio is bound to the default MP policy named default_mp_plcy, and the policy cannot be unbound from the radio. When you unbind a radio from all other MP policies, the radio is automatically bound to the default_mp_plcy policy.
• If you unbind radios in an up state from an MP policy, wireless services are interrupted.
