Advanced Asset Query by Group

This function allows you to narrow down the search scope to particular assets.
You can query for an asset by its asset number, asset name, owner, user, group name, the date to insert it, the last logoff date, asset type, vendor, model, status, ACK Status.
The advanced query function allows you to query assets by operating system, mainboard, software, patch, screen saver, memory, processor, NIC, hard disk drive, IP address, IPv6 address, process, service, startup time rankings or their combinations.
The query parameters of the advanced query criteria are:
By Operating System: The options include Operating System, Operating System Language, Operating System Patch, and Multi-Operating Systems.
By Mainboard: Specifies the mainboard model.
By Software: The options include Software Name, Software Version, and Software Installation.
By Patch: Queries assets installed or not installed with the specific patch.
By Screen Saver: The options include Screen Saver Status (enabled or disabled) and status of Display Logon Screen on Resume (Yes or No).
By Memory: The options include the minimum total memory and the maximum total memory.
By Processor: The options include the minimum number of processors, the maximum number of processors, the minimum value of the processing frequency, and the maximum value of the processing frequency.
By NIC: Specifies the minimum number of NICs, the maximum number of NICs, and MAC address.
By Hard Disk Drive: The options include the minimum number of hard disk drives, the maximum number of hard disk drives, and the minimum and maximum capacity of hard disk drives.
By IP Address: The options include IP address range.
By IPv6 Address: The options include IPv6 address range.
By Process: The options include the process name and the process running status.
By Service: The options include the service name, the service display name, the service installation status, and the service running status.
By Startup Time Rankings: Query assets by the number or percentage of the startup time rankings.

Operation Procedure

  1. Select the User tab, and in the navigation tree of Desktop Asset Manager, click the link of a group name under All Assets to enter the page which displays the assets in a group.
  2. You can query for an asset by its asset number, asset name, and owner.
  3. Click Query to display the desired assets in the current group. To restore the default query condition, click Reset.
