Basic Asset Query by Group

This function helps query asset(s) in a group by asset number, asset name, and owner.

Operation Procedure

1. Select the User tab, and in the navigation tree of Desktop Asset Manager, click the link of a group name under All Assets to enter the page listing all the assets in the group.
2. Specify the query conditions, such as asset number, asset name and owner.
3. Click Query to display the desired assets in the current group. To restore the default query condition, click Reset.

Precautions

• If you do not want to set a field as a query condition, leave it blank.
• Leaving all fields blank returns all assets.
• The query result only displays the assets in the specified group.
