Basic Query

Basic query provides asset name and asset number as query criteria.

Operation Procedure

1. Select the User tab, and then select Desktop Asset Manager > Desktop Control Audit > Printer Use from the navigation tree to enter the printer use list page.
2. Specify the basic query criteria, including asset name and asset number.
3. Click Query to display the desired printer use. Click Reset to query the printer use with the default query criteria.

Parameters

• Asset Name: Name of a single asset.
• Asset Number: Unique identifier of an asset in INC DAM.
