Advanced Query
This function enables you to narrow down the search scope through setting advanced query criteria and save the frequently used query criteria as alarm query views.
Operation Procedure
- Click the Alarm tab, and then select All Alarms in the navigation tree.
- On the All Alarms page, click Advanced Query.
- Set the query criteria, including:
- The selected device
- Custom view
- Alarm level
- Alarm type
- Alarm category
- Alarm Receiving time
- Alarm Receiving Time range
- Recovery status
- Recover operator
- Recover time
- Acknowledgment status
- Acknowledge operator
- Acknowledge time
- Description
- Click Query. The alarms matching your criteria are displayed.
- Click Reset to query the alarms with the default query criteria.
- Click Save as to save the current query criteria as an alarm query view under All Alarms in the navigation tree.
Precautions
- The recovery operator and recovery time options appear only when the recovery status is set to be Recovered.
- The acknowledgment operator and acknowledgment time options appear only when the acknowledgment status is set to be Acknowledged.
- The Recovered by, Acknowledged by and Description fields support fuzzy query.
- In advanced query, the Description field supports one or multiple strings separated with a comma. The logical combination can be AND, OR, or NO, and the default is OR.
- In the advanced query for alarms, the Interface Index criterion applies to only the alarms whose trap definitions are configured with Yes for the Interface Index parameter.
- When you use the alarm time range as the query criteria in advanced query, you need to enter the date and time range. By default, the time of both the start date and end date is 00:00, and the end date is not included,The date range can contain a maximum of 7 days.
- Expand or collapse the advanced query:
- Access the All Alarms page through a URL. Determine whether to expand the advanced query according to the passed parameters.
- The advanced query is collapsed by default the first time you open the All Alarms page in System. If the advanced query is expanded before you leave the page, it will be expanded the next time you enter the page. If the advanced query is collapsed before you leave the page, it will be collapsed the next time you enter the page.
