Recover Alarm
You can recover an alarm to change the recovery status of the alarm. The recovery status means the alarm was solved or could be ignored.
Operation Procedure
- Click the Alarm tab, and then select Browse Alarm in the navigation tree. The Browse Alarm page appears.
- In the alarm list, select the alarms to be recovered.
- Click Recover to change the recovery status of the selected alarms. You can also change the alarm status by clicking Recovery Status.
Precautions
-
If the alarm is cleared, the effect of the alarms on the service is eliminated. At that time, you do not need to do anything; instead, the system changes the alarm status to recovered when receiving the device recovery message.
- The system automatically detects the unrecovered alarms in early hours every day. The system automatically recovers the alarms that have not been recovered for more than 30 days (configurable).
- Once a device in the system is deleted, the alarms related to the device are recovered automatically.
- For the recovered alarms, undo recovering the alarms does not affect the device status.
- If the alarm that you want to recover has been deleted, the system prompts that the alarm does not exist. If the alarm that you want to recover has been recovered, the system considers that the operation succeeds.
