Hoppers

Perform this task to draw hoppers. You can draw hoppers only on the ground.

Operation Procedure

1. Click the Draw tab.
2. From the left navigation tree, select Hoppers.

Functions

• Draw a hopper: From the left navigation tree, select Hoppers. Move the pointer to the position where you want to add a hopper, and click the mouse. Move the pointer over the hopper, and drag the hopper to change its location. Move the pointer over the boundary line of the hopper. The color of the line turns green. Drag the green line to change the boundary of the hopper. Move the pointer over the vertex of the hopper. The vertex displays as a green circle. Drag the green circle to change the vertex of the hopper. Double click a boundary line of the hopper to add a separator point on the line. Move the pointer over the point. The point displays as a green circle. Drag the green circle to divide the line into two lines.
• Delete a hopper: Click the hopper you want to delete, and click Remove in the Settings dialogue box.
• Set parameters for a hopper: Click the hopper, select whether to use the guardrails on all sides in the Settings dialogue box, and then click OK. To use guardrails for a boundary line, click the boundary line, select to use guardrails in the Settings dialogue box, and then click OK.
