Temporary Cancel/Undo TempCancel

A network operator can place the account to the temporary cancelled state and undo the operation.

A user cannot use the account in temporarily cancelled state to get online. If CAMS is installed and a flat rate charging plan applies to the account, this plan does not take effect for the account in temporarily cancelled state.
To restore the user state to normal, use the undo tempcancel function.

Operation Procedure

  1. Click the account name on an access user function page to enter the access account details page.
  2. On the Action menu, click Temporary Cancel. The account state changes to temporarily cancelled. On the Action menu, click Undo TempCancel. The account state changes to normal.
