Access Account Info
On each access user function related page, you can click a account name link to view the user details. This function helps you query all the following information about an access user:
- Basic Information: Basic information of the access user, including user name, ID number, contact address, telephone number, email address, and user group.
- Access Information:Access information of the access user, including the account name, account status, whether to allow the user to change the password, enabling status of password strategy, account creation date, whether to modify the password at next login, start time, end time, maximum idle time in minutes, maximum concurrent logins, online or offline status, current online users, last logoff time, login message, and creator.
- Access Service: Information about the access services subscribed by the access user, including Service Name, Service Suffix, Security Policy and User IP Address.
- Assign Trialservice: Information about the services that the access user pre-applied for, including Service Name, Service Suffix, Security Policy and User IP Address. When the billing term of the current services expires, the assign trialservices automatically become effective.
- Access Device Binding Information: Requirements on the user access device, such as the Device IP Address, Port, Device SN, VLAN ID/Inner VLAN ID, and Outer VLAN ID.
- Terminal Binding Information: Requirements on the user endpoint, such as the Computer Name, Windows Domain and Bound IP/MAC Address.
- Managed Assets: Information about all assets that are owned by the platform user of the access user account.
Some common access user operations are shown in the right pane. In addition to the Refresh, Cancel, Move Users Between Groups and Modify Basic Information functions that are also available to basic users, there are functions specific to access users, including Block/Unblock Users, View Authentication Failure Logs, View Access Details, Query Security Log, View MAC Address Entry, Unbind LDAP Users, Approve Trial Accounts, Temporarily Cancel Users, and Restore Temporarily Cancelled Users. For online users, functions like Kick Out, Clear Online Information, Send Message and User Behavior Audit are provided. If the CAMS is installed, Pay, Change Type, Suspend, Compensate, Bill Details, Payment Records, One-Time Charges, and service pre-application are provided.
Precautions
- The initial value of the Last Logoff field for a new access user is the account creation time of the user.
